The Dragon Boat Race Festival is a fundraising partnership of Canadian Mental Health Association, Thunder Bay, Catholic Family Development Centre of Thunder Bay and St. Joseph's Foundation of Thunder Bay. Over the past 11 years, $880,000 has been raised for the Festival Partners.
